These Terms govern the use of SitePrima's services, operated by Pelloso Holdings LLC (United States). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SitePrima creates, publishes, and hosts single-page websites for small businesses, and offers customer support via WhatsApp. We generate a sample site and, if you approve it, publish it with your business's real information.

2. Plans and payment

• Plans: US$ 19/month on the monthly plan, or US$ 139/year on the annual plan (installment option available). You only pay if you decide to subscribe.
• Payment is processed securely through our provider (Stripe).
• You may cancel anytime; upon cancellation, the site is no longer hosted/maintained by us.

3. Content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and for the right to use the images and texts provided. You authorize us to use those materials to build and maintain your site.

4. About Google and results

The site helps increase your online presence, but we do not guarantee search engine position, ranking, or any specific sales results.

5. Ownership

Your business content is yours. The platform's technology, templates, and code belong to SitePrima/Pelloso Holdings LLC, except where the code is expressly purchased.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version will always be on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Pelloso Holdings LLC (United States).
